If you say its certainly possible; it would be nice to actually say what that way
is.  Argument your case, don't just point in the air.

``export DEBUG=false'' is not valid Bourne or C shell syntax, so I wouldn't pass it that way if I were using a shell. However, POSIX.1 defines execle() from C, and many high level languages use something like that for command invocations.
