By convention, the version variable

   set-version-var: bug-goo "FQ-VSN"

pointing to the bug database for that version.  By default, the email
address part of FQ-VSN is presumed to be the email address of the
non-control bug goo mail robot, that email address with "-control"
inserted before the "@" the control channel.

Perhaps

   set-version-var bug-goo ("FQ-VSN" 
                            [:email ["ADDR0" | '()]]
                            [:control [ "ADDR1" | '()])

to override the default email presumptions.

Perhaps also there should be a URL in there for the HTTP interface.
