Annoying, that.

My local archives are in ~/arch/$ARCHIVE, and I mirror them to a
different machine at /var/www/users/jason/$ARCHIVE, which translates to
http://remotemachine/~jason/$ARCHIVE . I also keep local mirrors and
revision libraries in ~/arch/cache/$ARCHIVE and ~/arch/cache/revisions,
respectively, for ease of excluding them when I make backups.
