[Gnu-arch-users] ill formated http proxy port number from $http_proxy

Found a thread discussing this problem in 1.1pre9, sounded like it had been 
fixed. Has the bug somehow survived to the version (listed at the bottom) I 
am using?

I am on FreeBSD4.10, using tla-1.2.1.
