lily 1.3.116

The windows install of lilypond 1.3.116 is up for download at the usual
place (http://www.pacificnet.net/~jlhamm/lily-1.3.116-w32.exe).

It seems to work OK for the most part, but seems to have trouble with some
of the feta fonts (output from ly2dvi moonlight1.ly):

This is only the first font that it asks questions about--it keeps asking (I
lost count after about 140 or so prompts).  Anyway, I flushed my font cache
so it isn't that.  Any ideas?
