[PATCH v1 0/6] Mostly documentation patches from DiffieHellman.

Hi,

Back in January, DiffieHellman sent a big patch for the website
("Interjection on the GNUboot site fixing documentation issues and
terminology."), which was sent after Leah's multiple patch sets.

Since Leah sent patches about the documentation, the part that could
easily be integrated in GNU Boot documentation is now merged, and
since I also split DiffieHellman's big patch, I think it's a good idea
to send this patch set.

Also like the previous patch set, this patch doesn't affect the
current images in any way, so it should be safe to merge without the
need to re-test images or to build some sort of automatic-test setup.

As DiffieHellman looks like a pseudonym, I also took the occasion of
documenting better the status on contributions under pseudonyms.
