Hi,

Here's a new version of this patch set.

Since the v1 I've dropped the "site: faq: change x86 to AMD64." patch
as I don't know what to do and that the decision can be postponed. In
addition I also got no reply so neox also probably doesn't know what
to do.

As for the other patches, I've moved "site: faq: fix various spelling
mistakes." before all other fixes as this address neox's concern of
having more spelling mistakes pop up in the diff of other patches.

It's also a good idea to do that in general especially when tools to
automatically check commit for spelling mistakes do exist (like
checkpatch.pl, tough that tool is very tied to C).

I've also fixed an additional spelling mistake along the way that was
similar to one that was already fixed, and I hope that adding neox's
Ack is OK given that that I probably changed a tiny bit more than neox
envisionned in the previous review.
