Hi Bruno,
I've already found answer to question about comments. Yep, they are deleted using sed -e '/^#/d' (yuck, I've missed that line). The question about lines like 'memchr-obsolete [test $HAVE_DECL_STRNLEN = 0 || test $REPLACE_STRNLEN = 1]]' is still opened.
