But the phone number (channels) widget is still awkward:

- the "Register new person" widget treats the number entered as a homenumber but this is not apparent in the widget. Is this hardcoded?

- like the Identities whose Edit name widget field selection and values does not match the columns, the same is true in communications channels... the name "URL" is nice but too technical and should maybe be "Value"

- the meaning of "Address" in the communications widget is unclear. What means it? (The latter is my Dutch father's grammar shining through)

Better to let the above "go" because it is usually the front desk staff who are entering the new patients. This is not always true (e.g. doctor on call or working late, getting a phone call) but especially if the ID type is included, the doctor often could not be bothered to put more than one phone number in.
