** libgnutls: Support for TLS tickets was contributed by Daiki Ueno.
The new APIs are gnutls_session_ticket_enable_client,
gnutls_session_ticket_enable_server, and
gnutls_session_ticket_key_generate.

** gnutls-cli, gnutls-serv: New parameter --noticket to disable TLS tickets.

** API and ABI modifications:
gnutls_session_ticket_key_generate: ADDED.
gnutls_session_ticket_enable_client: ADDED.
