It's on Fedora, NetBSD, and FreeBSD.
It's not on Debian, Ubuntu, or Raspbian.
(That's on my samples. YMMV)
On Fedora, it comes from the glibc-headers package.
On Fedora, it's included by:
/usr/include/sys/ttychars.h:#include <sys/ttydefaults.h> /* to pick up
character defaults */
/usr/include/sys/ioctl.h: the symbols we define in <sys/ttydefaults.h>
(usually with the same
/usr/include/sys/ioctl.h: to define them, so we must include
<sys/ttydefaults.h> here. */
/usr/include/sys/ioctl.h:#include <sys/ttydefaults.h>
/usr/include/termios.h:# include <sys/ttydefaults.h>
