Hi,
Does anyone have thoughts on src/preproc/refer/label.cc being in CVS?
It's built by byacc from label.y. Once a `make' has been done locally
the version from CVS has been replaced by a new one and it isn't
identical (due to byacc version differences and the phase of the moon)
which results in Conflict status from CVS.
If it was `cvs rm'-ed then CVS users would need byacc in order to build
groff but I think that's not too demanding? The source tar file should
of course still have it which means a `make all' must be done before a
`make dist'. (The `make extraclean' done as part of `make dist' won't
remove it, that only happens for a `make reallyclean'.) But then a
`make all' is probably done anyway to make certain that what has just
come from CVS builds OK.
Any `CVS snapshots' done by cron might break though.
Ralph.
