Applied to the CVS (with minor modifications). However, a quick
inspection of
groff -Thtml -me meintro.me > meintro.html
shows a couple of problems.
. In the TOC, there is a trailing blank underlined.
. In section 2.4, the `.ti' example doesn't work correctly.
. In section 3.1, the data between .(q and .)q shows incorrect
hyphenation.
. In section 4.1, the display of the footnote counter (`2') looks
strange. If text is typeset as small, it should still be a
superscript digit.
. Since the output of .(x and .)x looks very differently to the
original one, I suggest to add it to the documentation.
. .u doesn't generate underlined text.
. .bx doesn't work either (if it's not possible to make it work
correctly it should be documented).
