Can you please send us the resulting `config.log' file?
Also, can you try compiling the code below:
typedef char ac__type_sizeof_;
int
main ()
{
static int test_array [1 - 2 * !(((long int) (sizeof (ac__type_sizeof_)))
<= $ac_mid)];
test_array [0] = 0;
return 0;
}
Just run "gcc -c the-file.c".
