I think you should provide guidance about this in your README. A
designated mailing list would be good because it will provide an archive
of questions and answers.
I think you should reconsider "polluting this list" and I think you
should continue using the Guix lists if Ludo and others are
agreeable. My reasoning is as follows:
- 99.9% of your users are on these lists
- emacs-guix remains an essential a part of Guix
- from a user's point of view, its being in a separate repo is a purely
technical detail
