[Health] Cleaning up openSUSE-Repositories

Dear all,

spring clean for the May-Queen(*) for openSUSE repositiories!

As the Tryton Series up to 5.0 are no longer maintained, I plan to remove 
these repositries from the build server. 

The required Tryton modules to run GNU Health 3.2 (Tryton 4.2) and GNU Health 
3.4 (Tryton 4.6 series) will stay within the GNUHealth:3.2 and GNUHealth:3.4 
repository. GNU Health will still work after the clean-up.

Just in case you used *additional* Tryton modules of these series (located in 
Application:ERP:Tryton:4.2 resp. 4.6) you would be affected. 

In this case, please drop me a PM.

If I dont get feedback, I will remove the outdated repositores by *31. May*
