Yes, the stability from LTS releases comes with a price..

Probably the best try is to check MyGNUHealth functionality with
openSUSE, Arch, Debian Bullseye or other OS that provide PySide2-5.15
natively. You can then copy the database files in April to
Pop!_OS in April.

Alternatively, a PPA that you trust might do the trick.
