so /etc/bash.bashrc is os hacks ?
i debian yes but i rather rm -rf /bin/sh for cp /bin/bash /bin/sh but
thats not the point here

the /etc files are hacks ? not official ?
or does the wm or urxvt spawn bash with special args disabling those
