Sorry, I do not know about Visual C++. Also, Bison 1.28 is Stonehenge; only
computer archeologists use that version.
I use my own C++ skeleton files, plus some of my own Bison tweaks.
If you know what the errors depend on, you should be able to tweak the
skeleton file lalr.cc.
