Please see the attachment. Here is the routine lpx_read_mpsx, which is
similar to lpx_read_mps and reads data in Free MPS Format. You can use
it either at api level or as a replacement of lpx_read_mps in glpsol.
(Note that I do not plan to include it in the glpk distribution.)
