Whether the UnixODBC or the iODBC library is used by GLPK,
is defined at compile time. The name of the dynamic link library
is stored in the executable.

In the the GMPL table command there is no difference between
"iODBC" and ODBC. "iODBC" only was left in the coding for
historic reasons.
