t1.cs does not require swig. dllimport is part of the
System.Runtime.InteropServices provided by the .NET libraries (and their
linux equivalents if interested). 

So documentation in any good C# book, or in the MSDN documentation if
you loaded it with Visual C#, or online starting at maybe

and working on from there.
