Dear Heber or any octave expert:

In May 16, 1998 help-octave mailing list, you mention about fft, can I tried
using exp(-i*2*pi*t) that mean using imaginary number i.e. using sinc function
with exp(-i*2*pi*f) to model shifted rectangular pulse in time domain from
frequency domain inverse fourier transform to in any version 's octave?

expect, need and thanks your help
