[zile-devel] EPOC support added

I have been feeling zile-ish in the past couple of days, so EPOC support 
is now added, as you can see if you get CVS log messages.

I need to do some refactoring, as the new term_epocemx.c has a large 
overlap with term_termcap.c, but that should be easy.

Given that and various other changes and bug-fixes I have made, I will 
now be putting out 2.0-a2 pretty soon, as I feel now that I need another 
alpha cycle.
