Request for addition of GNU ccd2cue to Hydra

Hello GNU users of Hydra!

Could you kindly add GNU ccd2cue Nix build recipe into Hydra?  It's
attached.

Probably there is something wrong with the recipe.  But I can't know
what it is, or learn how to fix it without access to Hydra.  Even
with plenty of documentation, it's very hard or almost impossible to
truly learn how a non-trivial program works without being able to
experiment with it. :-P
