There's a win 64 built of R, by revolution computing.
They have igraph 5.2 working.
Downside: you have to pay for it, it's R 2.7.2, and most important
packages are missing/don't work well/are there but very old.

I would recommend anyone interested in R 64 bit to stay with Linux. I'm
sorry I switched to windows, with the hopes of R 64 working well...
