[libmicrohttpd] A tutorial for GNU libmicrohttpd

Hello libmicrohttpd developers and users,


the README of the package said a tutorial was missing
so I thought I would start writing one.

It is aimed at users who are new to this library and HTTP,
and it tries to guide them to the point where they are able to
understand the examples that come shipped with the GNU libmicrohttpd
release and the manual. The simple post example that was requested
a few days ago here has also been included.

Attached, you will find the first chapters of the tutorial
in texinfo sources and also compiled to PDF and HTML.
