[libmicrohttpd] use of MHD_create_response_from_buffer for images

Hi,

    I had a doubt is it fine using MHD_create_response_from_buffer for sending images rather than MHD_create_response_from_fd_at_offset ??

I tried with the buffer option but got broken images.
