Yes, mostly.  I just marked that GNU make issue as fixed there,
and have been going over it some weeks ago to update some other things.
NEWS lists the regressions visible to users, and those really should be
the only issues we should still look at before a release, if at all.

Other than that, the mailing lists of the last few weeks contain some
smaller (in estimated amount of work) pending issues, mostly from
Charles, and most apply to both branches.  Would you like me to post a
list?
