The patch looks fine, except for the final nit: can you change the
name mm-rest-breve to be use-breve-rest (or somesuch)?. In general,
the name of the grob is never in properties, so that we can use the
same name in different grobs as well.

1.6 is frozen, so this patch will go into 1.7 (I don't expect any
difficulties merging it).
