This is a _very_ good point... So, until we find a good reason, can we just 
live without a ChangeLog in the bug collection?

Not when the change consists of running 'lilypond foo.ly ; gv foo ; rm foo.ly 
foo.png ; cvs remove foo.ly foo.png'
