fontforge 20041218 segfault

Hi,

Build fails with latest cvs. It boils down to the following problem:
$ cd mf/out && fontforge -script emmentaler-11.pe 
Copyright (c) 2000-2004 by George Williams.
 Executable based on sources from 14:09 18-Dec-2004.
FontForge used to be named PfaEdit.
Segmentation fault
$

Hence, lily depends on a newer version of fontforge, so lily can't be built in 
debian/sarge.

Also, autoconf does not complain about fontforge being too old.

I have not yet tried fontforge 20050502.
