translator warning: major work on tutorial.itely

As directed by John, I'm doing some major restructuring of 
tutorial.itely.  Node names are changing, every lilypond example is 
changing, and almost all the text is changing.  Translators shouldn't 
try to work on the tutorial until I'm finished (should be by the end of 
this weekend).
