(I'm using a semi-patch syntax here, where the "-" sign means removal of the line and "+" to include the line. If there is another way you prefer for reporting this things, please tell)
It's totally fine. If you wanted to be less formal, you could have said " remove the current \override commands and replace them with \override ... \override ... " That would also have been quite understandable. Cheers, - Graham
