Umm, yeah, sorry.  The "no" refers to the implicit suggestion that 
Han-Wen didn't answer my question completely.  It is true that his 
answer did not explain the situation completely for a newbie, but I was 
asking a specific question so that I could work on such docs, and he 
answered my question.
