Yes.  We'll probably do the same thing with ly/ (split into
ly/builtin and ly/utils/).

However, might it be an idea to wait a week or so?  I'd like to
get 2.12 out ASAP, and this kind of directory reshuffling sounds
like the kind of thing that could delay things.
