UTF-8 support needs implementing to fix all bidi/rtl/ltr issues

I was really happy to see UTF-8 support in Lilypond.  Is there any
possibility of getting the following codes supported?

U+200E
U+200F
U+202A
U+202B
U+202C
U+202D
U+202E

Proper support for them would clear up all rtl/ltr bidrectionality issues.

Documentation on what those codes mean and how to support them is
outlined here in the official spec:
