... there are 2 proprietary programs referenced (NoteWorthy Composer and
TextMate), and 1 with no licence apparently specified (Ripple; as it's hosted on
GitHub, I presume the author meant it to be open source).
All the rest are GPL-licensed with the exception of Vim (GPL-compatible) and
TuxGuitar (LGPL).
