What should I do?

Run the command

git cl issue 6352049

and then repeat

git cl upload

git cl needs to be told the issue number on Rietveld, if it's different from
the most recent.

Dosn't work. :(

It really should do. The syntax is

git cl issue rietveld_issue_number

If this doesn't work, please let me know how it goes wrong.

Or use a fresh git branch for the patch. The Rietveld number
is associated with the local git branch.

I'm using LilyDev. AFAIK I can't use different branch. If I'm wrong
with that, then I don't know how.

I'll investigate this more after dinner.

You can absolutely use different branches with lilydev. It's only more difficult with lilygit. If you need help with creating and switching to other branches, please shout.
