Thanks very much, I switched to lily-dev now and everything goes well.

 

The problem with my ghostscript appeared randomly, I will report it in bug-lilypond.

I'm not very familiar with our build system; maybe this is a known
limitation, but if there's nothing about it in CG, please report it to
bug-lilypond (possibly with logs of the failed build), see
http://www.lilypond.org/bug-reports.html.  Any discussion should
follow there.

 

Texinfo 5.0 won't work (and I don't think anyone ever tried 4.14) with the current build env.

There is no tracker I can see for this though.
