Hi Ralph

I added you as a Developer.  I've not set up a special group for the Bug Squad 
as they'd need to have the same permissions as Devs anyway (Read, Create and 
Update).

Sorry not to respond sooner - I've been away from home with only sporadic 
internet connectivity.
