RE: ANN: LilyPondTool 2.12.862 2nd Release Candidate

Ditto here with the latest LPT. Once the PDF has been opened in the viewer,
I get permission denied every time, even if I close the PDF preview before
building the ly file. Can't delete the PDF with Windows Explorer either. I
have to close jEdit to stop Java locking the PDF.

With the previous version the permission errors were intermittent but with
this latest one they happen every time.

Running jEdit 4.3pre17 and JRE 1.6u14 on WinXP.
