maybe this solution works but it is not really professional:

    \once \override Accidental.extra-offset = #'(-1.5 . 0)
      <c' \tweak extra-offset #'(-1.75 . 0) fis' fis' g'>1

Do you (or someone else) know where in the source code is handled the position of the notes in a chord?
