Pushed. I used the lists here:
and guessed that their order didn't matter.

I wonder about one thing: the original 'pchfile.hpp' included
'wx/wxprec.h', and it's still mentioned here:
but not here:
Perhaps you've tailored that list of files to lmi's needs.
