I get the following unit-test error for both msw builds:

This affects unit tests with or without the
"safe" standard library.

All other tests appear to succeed. This one isn't of
the greatest importance--it's just an anomaly I saw,
with the boost implementation, when it calls
  unique_filepath(fs::path(".."), "..")

Are we using exactly the same compiler? I have:

/opt/lmi/src/lmi[0]$i686-w64-mingw32-gcc --version
i686-w64-mingw32-gcc (GCC) 10-win32 20210110
