Attached is a fix that I tested with the above document.  I also
tacked on a copule of

    @AnotherFootNote{Noch einmal.}

to verify that this also works for multiple footnotes.

The root of the problem is that it's acceptable to break the line
(taken from -ddof output)

    (Beispiel:address@hidden & @VShift & head Meyer

before the @VShift (which is the abbreviation for the footnote label),
since explicit zero width &-gaps are breakable, unlike implicit one
(deduced from the absence of literal space in the input between two
objects).
