,,ps2pdf`` to specify the question. I tried each and every combination
of ps, 2 and pdf in DSELECT with no result inspite of just inserting the
simple thing on the command line because I thought that ps2pdf was a
separate tool. Should have looked at the gs-documentation, esp.
ps2pdf.txt.gz.
It works perfectly, with the one exception that in my gv-reader the
table-of-contents has funny borders around the entries, I expect only on
the reader to mark the entries.
You see, for a mere user of my kind the linux documentation is a kind of
maze. A bit like sitting in front of a piano having the free choice
over the white and black keys, and I sometimes dont't get the obvious
idea of just looking at the documentation of the Bb-key. In fact I'm a
bit ashamed.
