[Ltib] installation of LTIB

Hello,
 
I am trying to install LTIB on ubuntu 12.04LTS. I have selected Phytec LPC 3250 as target board. But after processing kernel, there comes error at libtermcap like this-

Try termcap-2.0.8-bufsize.patch from the GPP
http://bitshrine.org/?f:
09:52:02 ERROR 404: Not Found.
Can't get: termcap-2.0.8-bufsize.patch at ./ltib line 851.

 I have attached a file containing error message on command line. Please, tell me what I should do to complete installation of LTIB.
