Re: LYNX-DEV numbered forms patch update

There has been no change to the numbered forms patch since this morning
but the web page has been updated as follows:

The patch is now based on lynx2.7.1ac-0.18.
Note: Klaus' updates from ac-0.17 to ac-0.18 didn't touch any of the files
I changed to do the forms patch -- so my diffs and zip files are all the same.
If you want to build based on ac-0.18, you can download
lynx2.7.1ac-0.18, unzip it, cd to  lynx2-7-1, unzip numbered_forms.zip,
and build.

Note: When I made the changes yesterday, I combed through the code pretty
carefully to be sure there were no other hidden dependencies on anchor
numbering.
You can never be 100% certain, but I do think this code should work properly
with and without form field numbering.

The entire context diff is stil under 1000 lines.

BTW: I noticed fote added a 123p feature.  Is klaus also going to pick that up?
