We are going to release these packages soon (10 days later):
  m17n-lib 1.6.4
  m17n-db 1.6.4
  m17n-contrib 1.1.14
  libotf 0.9.13
The release candidates tarballs are available in this page: 
  http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/m17n/

This is the last release copyrighted by AIST.  The web site
www.m17n.org will be closed in a new feature.

But, we developing team keep on maintaining and improving
these packages using the Savannah site:
  https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/m17n

We'll gradually move contents in www.m17n.org to the above
site.
